RFP - 2024 ANNUAL FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES

By Demarus Tevuk
1/11/2026

Seattle Indian Services Commission, a public development authority

The Seattle Indian Services Commission (SISC) is seeking firms to submit a proposal for the preparation of its yearly audited financial statements and related filings for a three-year period beginning with the 2025 Calendar year ending 12/31/2025. At this time, SISC does not require a federal single audit. The audit of SISC’s financial statements must be performed in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAS.)

The Seattle Indian Services Commission (SISC) is a public corporation, as defined in City of Seattle Ordinance 103387, formed in 1972 to provide effective, comprehensive, and coordinated planning services, activities, and programs that will meet the unique needs of the many American Indian and Alaska Native residents of Seattle. SISC is a public development authority chartered by the city of Seattle that is not a component unit of the city of Seattle. SISC’s Governing Council is comprised of five members: one member appointed by the Mayor of Seattle, who serves as Chair; and four members appointed by a majority vote of the Governing Council members. All members must be confirmed by the Seattle City Council.
